All fees for hostel accommodation and services are strictly non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. Payments made via the app are subject to standard payment gateway terms.

Ekveera PG reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website/app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
